Our Team

Currently, Paseo del Sendero is managed by a multidisciplinary team with experience in the development, promotion, and sales of real state project at an internatinal level.

The president/founder and main real estate developer for Paseo del Sendero. Mr. Vasquez is a specialist in real estate development with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has worked on the structuring and commercialization of real estate projects in the US, the Dominican Republic, Aruba, and other territories and islands in the Caribbean.
