The Paseo del Sendero Foundation, created in 2024 under the umbrella of Grupo Paseo del Sendero, is a non-profit organization committed to transforming lives and building stronger communities in the Dominican Republic.
Our mission focuses on making a significant difference through initiatives that promote education, sustainability, and social well-being. We believe in growth and creating a more promising future for all.
At the Paseo del Sendero Foundation, protecting and preserving the environment is one of our priorities. Since our inception, we have planted over 1,000 trees in the areas of Higüey and Miches, in addition to leading reforestation projects within our own communities.
As real estate developers, we understand the environmental impact of our actions and work to balance it through sustainable projects that promote harmony between development and nature. Our commitment is clear: to build a legacy of respect and care for the environment.
We firmly believe that education is the driving force behind change. In our local communities, many children face economic barriers that make it difficult for them to access a proper education. To support their development, we have donated hundreds of backpacks equipped with essential school supplies to schools throughout the Bavaro-Vernon area.
We are working to expand these efforts by offering more resources and educational opportunities that allow children to reach their full potential. Every action we take aims to empower the new generations and open doors to a future full of possibilities.
